Location: Sulphur Springs, TX
Compensation: $55,000 annually (Hourly Position)
Schedule: Full-Time

TrendHR is partnering with a well-established manufacturing and distribution company to hire a Shipping Supervisor to lead outbound operations at their Sulphur Springs facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with strong long-term growth potential.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Shipping Supervisor who leads from the front—someone who can manage the process, support the team, and ensure shipments go out accurately and on time.

This is not a “stand behind a desk” leadership role. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, get-it-done environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all outbound shipping operations (12-15 team members)
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders and shipments
• Prepare and review Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation
• Supervise, coach, and support warehouse team members
• Assign work, monitor productivity, and maintain workflow efficiency
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Ensure shipments go out same-day or next-day whenever possible
• Maintain organization, accuracy, and safety standards across the floor
• Step in wherever needed to support the team and keep operations moving
